Q: |
How do I get reserved seating in the Whitsell Auditorium? |
A: |
Producers, Benefactors, and Sustainers are eligible for reserved seating in the Whitsell Auditorium all year long. While you will receive timely confirmation of your seat reservation, please allow two weeks to see your name on a seat. Restrictions on special engagements may apply; seating is guaranteed until 10 minutes before show time or pass holder allotment is met. Guaranteed and expedited seating is available at the Benefactor and above level.*
*seating is guaranteed until 10 minutes prior to showtime, limited restrictions may apply
|
Q: |
What is pass holder allotment? |
A: |
Silver Screen Club members at the Director level and above are considered pass holders. A generous allotment of seats is reserved for pass holders at every screening. While a pass (with the exception of Benefactor and above members*) does not guarantee seating, passes offer flexibility, freedom to move between screenings, and the greatest savings of all. Pass holders are allowed entry until 10 minutes prior to showtime or until the pass holder seat-allotment has been reached. All passes are strictly nontransferable. Early arrival is recommended. Although exceedingly rare in occurence, pass holders may not always be able to attend a film at their first choice of screening times.
*limited restrictions may apply
